Bathroom....Blood.....Red......???

Hi

So alot of my dreams are about me being in a bathroom and also a few times i've dreamth that i was in my bathroom and i was bleeding and then theres like blood everywhere and even on the mirror and just everywhere in the bathroom and im trying to wipe it up with toilet paper but its everywhere and everything is red and blood. And my recent dream was where i was in a strange bathroom and i wanted to leave.I was standing with my back against the wall and i couldnt move, i tried to move my head and i couldnt so then i tried to make myself fall forward because i couldnt turn left or right.So i fell forward and then i woke up it was weird.
So yea bathrooms are my common dreams?
