Bizarre teeth dream

I had a bizarre dream. I can remember it as if it just happened. My teeth started getting crooked, pointing somewhat outwards, then within moments they got really loose, I held my hands beneath my mouth and the teeth started falling out one after another into my hands.

Then I walked right into the dentist’s office with most of my teeth in my hands and this black female dentist fixed all my teeth within seconds.

In my waking life my relationship is on a verge of falling apart any day, and I’m sure this dream reflects my fear of being insecure and abandoned.
And in fact in my waking life an African American woman recently made an enormous positive impact on my life.
