I am quickly on my way somewhere, looking for something, and I take shortcuts through peoples houses. Some are home and it seems normal but none speak to me. I have had different variations of this dream all my life. The dream seems quite long.

I can't believe others have had similar dreams. I sometimes repeatly take shortcuts through the same house and sometimes almost get caught. I've been caught in a dream, but they didn't say anything and I quickly left.

I also dream about being almost late for something and not being able to find my way there. I get very sweaty. In trying to find my way there I sometimes go through dangerous neighbors. In my latest dream of being lost I'm trying to catch a plane to Cancun with Rachel and Monica of "Friends." LOL. Sounds like a fun dream but it turns very bad. I encounter a couple of people who lost everything and are moving into very bad rooms. I go through a neighborhood that looks like an apocalyptic movie. I was so glad to wake up and it not be happening.

I have a recurring dream where I take a shortcut through a B+B type house. Though it involves going through a few rooms, upstairs, round the upstairs, down another set of stairs and then through a few more rooms and out. I have never seen this house in my life, it has a spanish/Mexican feel to it. Lots of terracotta and dark wood.
This has happened maybe 5 times over the space of 3 years. Always the exact same house and route. Until last night I got to the last room and the owner had made a blockade with furniture. He then caught me and I woke up?

Would love to know what all of this means.

So last night I had the dream that I was going through peoples’ houses for a shortcut to my destination. I go through the front door and search to find my way to the back door. I do it repeatedly even though I get closer and closer to getting caught each time. I have such a sense of anxiety when I wake up.

I realized this morning that this is a reoccurring dream of mine. I am also searching for the meaning behind this dream.

I am having this exact dream on a regular basis is. I use people’s homes as a shortcut to get to my destination, sometimes I have people with me, sometimes I am alone, I act like this is a perfectly normal thing to do although if I feel I am about to be ‘caught’ I feel a sense of anxiety. I always seem to get out the door in time before the owner of the house comes into the room.

I have been looking on the web to try and analyse it but can’t find any answers, any ideas what it means?

I have this dream very often! Usually I'm being chased and am running through other people's back yards, over their fences etc. and also cut through their houses. Usually, the people aren't especially surprised to see me run through.

Sometimes I dream I'm inside a stranger's home and am "invisible," but then the person can suddenly see me and it's anxiety-provoking when I wake up.

I had a very similar dream I dreamt of my neighbor the night before he passed away, also of a friend a few days before. I've recently had a dream of being bitten on the right hand by a white snake underwater, and last night a dream of going constantly through rooms in a house thats Been getting bigger and more intricate for years now, it was on a river side this time, and new.

I have had several premonition dreams about real life things to come thru the years. I cant sleep lately. I just went to my friends funeral after receiving a call from her spouse (exact wording from the dream)that she died. I went to the funeral and literally started shaking looking at the coffin as I dreamed it exactly in detail two months ago. The way she looked was just like in the dream "thats not her". I wrote it off then because I'd recently seen her and she was healthy and happy and in the dream she had different color and shape hair. I thought how crazy. I mean this dream was detail for detail like a de ja vu.
I need to talk to someone but most psycologists in the field dont have any explanation. Any suggestions???? I'm sick about it and don't know what to do. Are our lives pre-written? Are we traveling ahead in time? Is a higher power or God talking to us on a subconscous level?
