Want to go home to my mom

In my dream I am always crying and I want to go home to my mom, but no one will help me get to her. I walk around asking my family and friends to please take me home. Sometimes I chat with my mom on the phone but she never wants me home.

I'm just wanting to know what all this means as I have this dream a lot...
